Our mission is to make beautiful photo products that you will be proud to show off and that will last a lifetime. While we take great care in producing each photo product using the most sophisticated technology, picture quality will be a major contributor to the overall look of photo products. Our software has been designed to alert you to any potential picture quality deterioration caused by enlargement. If the symbol “!” appears on a photo you have placed in your book, calendar or other photo product, you may wish to replace it with a higher resolution photo or reduce the size of the image. If the “!” symbol appears repeatedly you could select a smaller photo product size so your photos won’t have to be enlarged significantly. And finally, our best advice should you plan to create more photo products in the future (and we hope you do) is to set your camera on the highest resolution possible, 300 pixels/inches or more, save as bitmap or tif to avoid compression of the raw images for at least some of your photos.
